Hi,
Came upon an unusal issue. In my monitor's tab it shows pipeline has failed with an error InternalServerError but the status is Succeeded. So was little confused what exactly happend here. I went inside all the child pipelines there was no failed activity.

Hello @sshetty014,
I do not think this is an actual pipeline failure.
From your screenshots, the Monitoring tab shows Failed, but the pipeline details and child activities all show Succeeded.
Because the pipeline itself completed successfully, the InternalServerError may be coming from the monitoring/telemetry side rather than the execution itself.
You would still validate the output data and activity history to confirm everything completed as expected.

@sshetty014
From the screen shots, it seems like your pipelines ran successfully, further you can confirm this by going to monitoring tabs as shown in the screen shot. From there you can confirm for sure, thanks
