Markdown Cells Not Showing

For some reason, my markdown cells are not visible on my notebooks. shift + enter  ^^ this is what I see afterwards.

    Apologies for the issue. If the issue is intermittent then I request you to wait for sometime and retry. This is the only possible work around.

    I'm using Chrome. Just tried MS Edge, still not working.

        Hi, I don't think it's a browser cache issue since I tried on chrome and Edge (never used it before) and they both didn't work.
