A copy data activity in a pipeline is the second easiest method and can be automated
If you're using the Copy Activity Assistant it takes you through each of the steps.
Set the source up:
Set the destination up, changing types where needed:
You can then save the pipeline and run it manually or on a schedule.

Several ways of doing this, but the easiest is from the Lakehouse Files section right click on the file (or use the ... to the right of the file's name) and click 'Load to Tables'
Select New Table, give it a name, and make sure the separator is correct.
