Lakehouse with schema(preview) has no 'Manage Onelake data access' feature
Hi, i've noticed that the schema enabled Lakehouse(preview) has no 'Manage Onelake data access' feature.
and also when i am trying to create semantic model in this lakehouse, tables won't show up.
is anyone knows if there are a clear reason for these and ETA of 'Manage Onelake data access' feature in Lakehouse schemas?
Thanks!
According to the preview limitations of Lakehouse schemas, the SQL Analytics Endpoint and Semantic Model are among the functionalitites which are not supported in the current release of public preview:
Lakehouse schemas (Preview) - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn
The preview limitations don't mention 'Manage Onelake data access', though.

Hi jwryu ,
The ‘Manage OneLake Data Access’ feature is currently in public preview, and no specific date has been announced for the expected arrival of its full release. The feature is still being tested and improved based on user feedback.
You can refer to the following link for more information:

Hi, Anonymous
thanks for your reply!
but what i am wondering is that I do not see ‘Manage OneLake Data Access’ feature in Lakehouse with schema(recent preview feature) which is also preview feature.
any technical reason why 'Manage OneLake Data Access' supports existing lakehouses(without schema) but not supports new lakehouses(with schema : recent preview feature)
and if there is ETA of supporting it in new lakehouses((with schema : recent preview feature) as well.
Thank.
