It worked! I never imagined the issue was caused by something like this. Even so, I opened a ticket with Microsoft, as I believe this might be a bug worth reporting.

Thank you a lot vicenteajm , it worked perfectly. However, it is a shame that kind of issue persist for such a long time, MS Fabric it is a really great platform, but suffer with a lot of anoying bugs.
Help! I have tried changing the language to English but still getting this error in every single Lakehouse in all Fabric Workspace.

Since you’ve already tried changing the language settings and the error is appearing across all Lakehouses.
Here are a few things you can try
1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, or use an incognito window to avoid any old session data.
2. Check if your workspaces are in the same region as your tenant default. If they’re not, the UI might fail even though pipelines and endpoints still work.
3. Review the Microsoft 365 Service Health dashboard to check whether there is a Fabric outage.
