Issue with table creation in Lakehouse

I have created views in my warehouse using T-SQL syntax and all are reflecting under table inside my lakehouse except one fact table. I have tried refreshing it but nothing is working out! Please help out guys.

    Could you please explain the repro steps here and could you please elaborate on the steps you've taken to refresh the specific fact table?

        I tried resolving it by creating an all new lakehouse and imported notebook but still unable to load the csv file. It's showing: [PATH_NOT_FOUND] Path does not exist: abfss://7884b4d1-248a-4cbb-95ef-c5bc1e59affe@onelake.dfs.fabric.microsoft.com/2bf6decf-dda5-4cef-90b5-f988ce40f597/Files/cmsfiles/MUP_DPR_RY23_P04_V10_DY21_NPIBN.csv.
