Issue with MS Fabric account
- Anonymous1 year ago
Hi v-pnaroju-msft,
The issue still persists if I keep using the same account for my project which I used for trial capacity before.
So, I have got access to the Fabric platform with my other client email id. This resolved the issue. I am able to access all the resources now with out any issues.
Thank you.
Hi sgb_fabric,
Thank you for your update.
Based on my understanding, even after cancelling the trial, it is possible that the Spark UI may still redirect incorrectly due to cached sessions or legacy workspace routing associated with the original trial capacity.
Please follow the steps below, which may help to resolve the issue:
- Clear All Sessions and Browser Cache.Sign out of all Microsoft accounts. Clear your browser cookies and cache, and then re-sign in via app.fabric.microsoft.com.
- Access Spark UI via Direct Workspace.Instead of using the default links, open Spark jobs via app.fabric.microsoft.com/groups/<project-workspace-id>. Navigate to Monitor > Spark job > Spark UI.
- Ensure that your workspace is assigned to the correct organizational capacity. Additionally, verify that your account has the correct permissions under your project capacity.
- Try accessing the Spark UI from the Monitor page in a private or incognito browser window to avoid utilizing cached trial sessions.
