Is VS Code Exstension for Farbic/Synapse broken?

Hi, 

I would like to use the my VS code editor to develop notebooks for extraction and transformations together with lakehouses. I found the following promesing extension: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=SynapseVSCode.synapse&ssr=false#review-details . I remember that it was working a month or two ago when i last testet, but it does not work now and im getting errors like "synapse: Sign In resulted in error" when executing extension commands from vs code. See picture below :

If im trying to open the Notebook in Vscode via Fabric, this happens:

i click open

nothing happens in the synapse extension 

I've installed all the listed dependencies.

Found this: https://github.com/microsoft/SynapseVSCode/issues/41 Turns out the new versioned is bugged. Installed an older version and it worked. If anyone experience this, degrading might be the solution.
