I try to start a new notebook session in Fabric
But this week this process fail by time out. The session never start
Could It be related to capacity limit?

I have been having issues since 9/2. From the Fabric Status web page:
"Fabric customers with capacities in South Central US region performing spark jobs and Notebook operations may experience intermittent issues, engineers are working on potential mitigations and next update will be provided by 09/06 EoD."
Not good. Three of my company's business units are greatly impacted by this.

I see the in Status page (Soporte técnico y estado de Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Fabric)
This have a big impact in my customers. We did not receive a response from Microsoft
