How can I secure artifacts like pipelines or notebooks?

How can I secure artifacts, that they can not be modified by people of the same workspace assigned to the contributor role, so that a Power BI report creator can access the created data artifacts but w/o accidentally breaking the notebook?

    Currently a workspace contributor will be able to modify any artifact including reports and notebooks.

    Create the report in a different workspace that doesnt contain the notebooks and provide access only to the lake house( if you are creating a dataset from Lake House as Power BI backend)
