Fabric issue: notebooks keep loading when creating a new one, unable to open existing notebooks
Yes, the issue was gone the following morning. It must have been a server-side issue. I tried this on several different computers and rebooted my own system. That didn't work, but the next day I was again able to open and run notebooks. Thank you for your support in the matter.

Apologize for the issue you are facing. I would like to check are you still facing the issue?
It might be an intermittent issue? Can you please re-try clearing cache and cookies?
