Yes you can have both P and F SKU in a tenant in different WS.Ensure that both F SKU and P SKU capacities are purchased under the same tenant but are assigned to different workspaces. Each capacity acts as a distinct pool of resources for its assigned workspace.
Assign specific workspaces to either F SKU or P SKU capacities based on their intended use. For example:
• Assign workspaces requiring advanced Fabric features (e.g., lakehouses, notebooks) to F SKU.
• Assign traditional Power BI Premium workloads to P SKUEnsure that both F SKU and P SKU capacities are in the same Azure region if you plan to migrate workspaces between them. This avoids complications during reassignment
