Fabric Lakehouse Table Sink dataset getting truncated in Synapse pipeline copy activity

We are using Synapse copy activity to get data from REST API source and storing into Fabric Lakehouse Table using Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse Table sink dataset with data overwrite option and created a Fabric semantic model on top of the Fabric Lakehouse Table and reporting this data.
We have a requirement to run this copy activity with 1 minute frequency to show near real time data in the reports but when this pipeline is running we are getting blank for few seconds in the report as the copy activity pipeline attempts to overwrite the Lakehouse Table. 
Please provide suggestions to resolve this issue?

Can you please share screenshots of your issue?
And can you confirm whether this issue is only observed when the frequency is set to 1 min?
