Hi,
When we taking a feature branch from our dev branch and trying to sync that to our local workspace we getting error.
There were no new deployments from the time it is working and failing. Issue came out of no where.
Rasied support call and its been investigated for 3 days now.
Can get any help here on this ?

did you had a chance to check the below basic checks already?
If your feature branch has outdated or corrupted metadata in the .lakehouse folder, Fabric may fail to hydrate the lakehouse object on sync.
Sometimes the lakehouse metadata (like lakehouse.json) references artifacts or settings that no longer exist or are mismatched with the workspace.
Even though no deployment was made, someone might have pulled changes or renamed/moved artifacts in Git that are not properly reconciled in the new workspace.
The new workspace may not have fully completed its sync handshake with Git. If the Git source is ahead (with Lakehouse definitions), Fabric may fail during object hydration.
possible actions that you can try :
Unlink and relink the Git repo in a clean new workspace.
go to the workspace --> Open LH_RAW --> Click Activity tab --> Check operation logs or exceptions around sync attempt time.

I assume you have tested removing the Lakehouse, or is it populated?
