Error Pipeline Run: Can't get enough capacity for optimal performance in time

Hello!

For my pipeline which runs daily (generally successfully) today I got an error: This query cannot be executed because we can't get enough capacity for optimal performance in time. This can be an intermittent issue. Please retry later.

I found online that already some people had this error and Microsoft hat to fix it since it is a bug on their side. Since The pipeline is still not executing successfully, can you please give an update on the error?

Thanks & BR

Hi @Dinosauris ,

The error message indicates that the capacity may have exceeded the organization's fabric capacity, a limitation that occurs when a tenant's capacity consumes more capacity resources than it has purchased.

I have some suggestions for you to consider:

  1. Try restarting the Power BI service and check if the issue has been resolved.

  1. Since this is an intermittent issue, you can retry the pipeline after a short wait to see if the problem can be resolved.

  1. If this problem occurs frequently, you may want to consider expanding capacity to handle the workload more efficiently. The expansion operation can be accessed through this link below.
