Disconnection issues in MS Teams and Outlook activities
- 1 year ago
Hello,
Thank you for all the replies.
The issue was resolved without me applying any other fixes.
Hello,
Thanks for your replies.
Ensure the Teams/Outlook connection is re-authenticated with valid credentials. Double-check that no tokens have expired. If you’re using modern authentication, confirm that your Office apps are updated.
No tokens are expired and the credentials are valid.
Try signing in from a different browser session after clearing cache and cookies to rule out local session issues.
I tried connecting from Incognito Window and from Microsoft Edge but the issue still exists
Test with another user account and verify that workspace roles and pipeline permissions are correctly assigned.
All user accounts have the same problem
Deleting and re-adding the Teams/Outlook connection in Fabric can sometimes clear out stale sessions.
The issue exists in the new activities as well.
Is there anyone else with the same issue?
Thank you

Hi c_ntourma
Are your pipelines actually failing? If so, could you please share the exact error message (or a screenshot) you see when the connection fails?
Also, how often does this issue occur, Are the pipelines running on a schedule or triggered manually?- v-aatheeque1 year ago

Hi c_ntourma
Just checking in were you able to gather the error details or frequency info about the pipeline failures we discussed earlier? Has there been any progress on this issue?- v-aatheeque1 year ago
