Dbt jobs when?

This is expected.
The dbt Jobs preview is rolling out gradually, and not all regions receive the feature on the same day—even if the public blog announcement lists a month.

Since you’re in Western Europe and the blog announcement is very recent, the absence of the feature is normal.

If you need a definitive confirmation for production planning, you can:

👉 open a Fabric support ticket
Ask: “dbt Job in Microsoft Fabric – region rollout schedule for Western Europe (WE)”.

I also do not yet see this in my environment. Give it a couple weeks for Microsoft to roll it out to all regions.
