Am constantly running into this issue and not sure how to resolve it ...
I created a Gen 2 dataflow which ingests data from our UAT Dataverse environment and writes it to a Warehouse in Fabric. I have no issues ingesting any other Dataverse entities in the same manner.
However, the Contact Entity will never copy and will always error out with this message:

It may be because of the sensitive data. since contact info is sensitive data.
