Data engineering without a workspace?
Am I able to utilize any of these tools without a "Workspace"? I don't have a paid license, just the free one, which doesn't allow workspaces. I can't seem to create anything in Data Engineering with...
Yes, the tenant and capacity admins (*) can do that

Not just a workspace. It also needs to be on Premium or Fabric capacity.
My org has F2 capacity. Seems to only let me create things on trial capacity though.
