Accessing secret in Keyvault(Allow public access from specific virtual network) from Fabric Notebook

Hi ,

I am trying to access secret in keyvault from fabric notebook but facing 403 issues , Eventhough user have proper access to read the secret . Here the keyvault newtwork setting are accessible from specific virtual network only (Allow public access from specific virtual network), I tried a way from fabric to create private endpoint at worspace level which is working but is there any other way ?

Error : 403 {"error":{"code":"Forbidden","message":"Caller is not authorized to perform action on resource.\r\nIf role assignments, deny assignments or role definitions were changed recently

Since your Key Vault allows access only from specific virtual networks, and you are facing a 403 error, try these solutions.

1. Using Managed Identity eliminates the need to assign explicit access permissions to individual users, making authentication seamless and secure.
2. Configuring Key Vault Networking ensures that the Fabric Notebook can access secrets while respecting network security restrictions
