Thanks dimkalamaras for the clarification! 

 

Good to know about the "always on" instances in Flex Consumption. That solves the cold-start concern for our MES system.

 

Will implement this MPE + Function App proxy pattern and share results. Appreciate you open-sourcing the repo!
