wrong week returned?

We are in week 40, in either system 1 and 2. But pbix returns 41, why??

15 means, week begins on friday? (that is not what I want... week begins on monday).

 

As I have it my dimDate:

 

Date, Week

2020-12-31 53
2021-01-01 53
2021-01-02 53
2021-01-03 53
2021-01-04 1

****

2021-12-31 52
2022-01-01 52
2022-01-02 52
2022-01-03 1

 

(which return_type shall I use to match the above)

Use 21 as a return_type in your DAX.
