week over week sales

Hi All,

I am working on week over week sales where i need the sales amount to till week day of current week comparing the same period to the previous week. Example: if today is thursday i need the sales from sunday to thurday.. same period last week i.e.., sunday to thursday last week.. that should be dynamic..
