shown last prev months filter

Hi All,

I have a measures,

llast month =

VAR 1 = DISTINCTCOUNTNOBLANK(Details_View[Employee ID])
VAR 2 = DISTINCTCOUNTNOBLANK(termination[Employee ID])
VAR 3 = DIVIDE (VAR 1,VAR 2)
RETURN

    CALCULATE(

       VAR 3,

    DATESINPERIOD('Calendar'[Date],'Calendar'[Date],-3,month)

    )

now i add above measure in bar chart. 

my requirement is if i filter the "mar" month from silcer ,i need to show current month and last 2 prev month (jan,feb,mar). but i return the only mar month in bar chart.

please give the answer.
