saving text box entries/inputs that change over time

Hi 

I am producing a report that I provide a narrative within each week.

I have a slicer set up to navigate by week so that I can look back through time and measure how the data changes over time.

As the week slicer changes the data inputed to the text box will naturally always be the latest text I entered.

Is there a method to save the data entered into a text box each week so that I can slice through the enteries by week?

One method I have used is to use MS Forms but this metod does not allow you to modify the text entery directly in the report.

Power BI has no memory. You need to do this outside of Power BI, further upstream.
