sales last week as default

Hi, I want to create a calculated measure or column that has me select last week's sales and sales from the beginning of the year to last week. I want this to also be a filter so that I can decide if I want to see sales either by previous week or all weeks up to the previous week. What code should I write?

What does "week"  mean to you?  Does your calendar table have yearweek numbers?
