production date between dates

Hello. I have production dates (day and time stamp) and if the production date is between 16:00:00 and 15:59:59 from the following day, I want the day before:

Production date:

10/02/2021 18:30:00 - 10/02/2021

10/02/2021 23:59:59 - 10/02/2021

11/02/2021 14:30:00 - 10/02/2021

11/02/2021 15:59:59 - 10/02/2021

So, my day instead of starting at 00:00:00 will start at 16:00:00 to 15:59:59 the following day. How can I do it?

Thanks!

    I tried this formula:

    =if(time(hour(23);minute(59);second(59))<=time(Hour([productiondate]);MINUTE([productiondate]);second([productiondate]))>=time(hour(16);minute(00);second(00));[productiondate];([productiondate])-time(24;0;0))

    didnt work...
