normalise YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss

How to normalise YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss among multiple processing runs using DAX?

 

Subtract the elapsed time from the first timestamp across all runs, not going to work because YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss not in chronology. YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm:ss is in 1 column
