need help on dax

I want to calculate BWW field as per below logic I already have the promoted flag field.

Without a better understanding of your data model it's hard to say exactly what you need to do. 

CALCULATE(
   SUM(Table[Value]),
   Table[PromotedFlag] = 1
)

This assumes that you have a value in a column (represented by the weekly values for PPG in your screenshot) and you also have a column for PromotedFlag in the same table or in table with a valid relationship.
