in and out of SLA overtime

Hi

I hope someone can help i have a dataset that has SLA data, it is updated daily and shows an item ref, open date, no of SLA days, whether it is open or closed and closed date. I would like to create a visual that shows today how many were in or out of SLA yesterday how many were in or out the day before how many and so on...

The data set is merely updated when there is change to the item.

Any thoughts would be appreciated how i can tackle this 🙂

That being said, take a look at these two Quick Measures as I think you want something like them.

DAX is easy, CALCULATE makes DAX hard...

Hi @Greg_Deckler

Thanks fo your help sorry if i didn't provide enough detail, i think i may be able to work with the open tickets link you provided so thanks for finding this for me its much appreciated,

However of those that are open I need to also filter, of those open 'tickets' are in and also out of SLA, as you can see from my below dataset I have a column that states whether it is in or out of SLA

I thought by adding a filter as below would sort the issue but it hasn't worked

= FILTER(ALLEXCEPT('FACT TABLE','FACT TABLE[In/Out],"In")

below is what im trying to get to and below is some of the dataset I have, relationship wise i have a date table
