how to sum two measures

How to sum these 2 measures?

rank bonus = RANKX(ALLSELECTED(Dim_manager), CALCULATE( [growth bonus]))
rank sale = RANKX (ALLSELECTED ('Dim_manager'),CALCULATE( [growth sales]))

I need to multiply each of them by 0.75 and sum together

Hi @kristina-brooly you can do it with VAR-iable, one measure is one variable and second similar, return is simple sum of two VAR. STILL, in both measure you use ALLSELECTED. Creating measure which "call" another measure with ALLSELECTED is not best pracise as result is hard /almost impossible to interpret / debug. Think how to rewrite your measure / overall solution.

Hope this help
