how to remove duplicates using the latest date?

Hello,   Anyone can you help me how to do i remove the duplicates using the lastes date. Any DAX form?

Sorry for the question, but yes you absolutely understand it right.
Also I was thinking, lets say by not creating a new table, Is it possible to create an additional column
