how to create trend analysis graph based on the Monthly data

I need to create trend analysis graph(eg:monthly or yearly) based on the no of days available for different days.

i have data like below with columns id, no of days and the date.

based on the below data how we can do trend analysis by month or year.

could someone please help me.
