how to compare measure vs column date

Hi,

 

would like to compare this two dates

is there a way to have this formula Jun-27-22 < Oct-1-22 then i have filter for the month of September.

Hi sir,

 

the october date is manual input then i need to compare it to the power bi

Jun-27-22 < Oct-1-22 = True or False 

 

and this is filtered by September 2022.
