I have a matrix showing sales person(row header 1 ) and their respective divisions (row header 2) and the profit (value) they made per product(column). is there any way in powerbi that I can hide the division which is the second row header but still have the profit broken down as shown in the matrix.?

Use conditional formatting and paint the second level headers as white text on white background.
