dax filter non zero

Hi, I'm new in Power BI, and I try to see any method if I want to see the list of value are there never reaching zero in weekly. 

The table will shown below:

Timestamp	Type	Value
5/5/22	Basement	60
5/5/22	Basement	50
7/5/22	Basement	0
8/5/22	Washer	60
4/5/22	Washer	70

So the result will tell me at that week, washer never reach zero in dashboard.

calculate(sum(value),DATESINPERIOD('Calendar'[Date],max('Water Flow Monthly'[Timestamp]),-14,DAY))
