Anonymous Try the Running Total quick measure built into Power BI Desktop. 

Sum of Column1 running total in Date = 
CALCULATE(
	SUM('Table7'[Column1]),
	FILTER(
		ALLSELECTED('Dates'[Date]),
		ISONORAFTER('Dates'[Date], MAX('Dates'[Date]), DESC)
	)
)
