creating target and difference account owner wise performance - help

Hi, I want to create above table with following target list and booking list. Can somebody please help with dax measures and create PBIX with this data and share PBIX file creating above table in report page please.

Then measure try

FFE = sum(Booking[FFE])

Target FFE = sum(Target[Target])

Target% = divide([FFE],[Target FFE])

difference = [Target FFE]- [FFE]

difference % = divide([difference], [Target FFE])
