create column using dax value repeats

Question

I have this table i need create a column with dax call "Pilo", but i have condicions for the value 1 o 0 , is the colunm (Id Año sem Beca) have the same value put 1 when see for frist time but is apper anotther value with the 4 columns equal put Zero. do you have other columns in the table like date or index or anything that distinguishes between the two duplicate rows?
