concat value between two different selected dates

Dear's,

Greetings!

 

I was trying the concat the value of "st" between selected dates from slicer by using selectedvalue of min and max. But i couldn't get the result. Could you please suggest me.
I am having misdate in this table and showing equivalent MonthYear on column header.

Kindly note:
I have created another date table to have YearMonth, YearQtr etc, also i made relationship for misdate between date table and the other table which i am using for report.

      Dear @FreemanZ,

       

      The screenshot which i attached is the output in matrix. "Concat of st" is the new measure i have created, rest everyting is coming from the db. The Id, Name, concat of st are rows in matrix.  based on the slicer selection of month year, showing values of st, dr, cr. The "concat st" has to concatenate the st value between two selected dates.
