I have Data table called Base data . sample data pasted the below .i am trying to find Compound annual growth rate for year wise and quarter Wise .in Excel i have used the below formula

Year wise if i select Year difference 1 its should compare 2022 vs 2021
Quarter wise if i select Q1 value should compare 2022 Q1 vs @2021 Q1
Month wise if i select January value should compare 2022 Jan vs @2021 Jan
