blank value replace it from another column value

I have the two table Global Column and  local BOM. i have created  below measure to get ReferenceBom value. its return the correct vallue . I want replace  the blank value  in reference bom measure with TYPE OF CHECK column value. How to modify the below measure .please any one help me .
