Year over year Variance - Without proper Data Column, and having two years (forecast 23, latest fore

Hello

I'm trying to add one line in the chart below to display the variance change over the cycles, however I don't have the proper date column and also there is a duplicate year( forescast 2023 and latest forecast 2023).

 

Is there any way to do that?
