    Hi ejzimmerman 

     

    Try these measures :

    Prior Year = 
VAR _LY =
    CALCULATE (
        SUM ( 'Table'[Cost] ),
        ALLEXCEPT ( 'Table', 'Table'[Supplier] ),
        PREVIOUSYEAR ( 'Table'[Date] )
    )
RETURN
    IF ( ISBLANK ( _LY ), 0, _LY )
    Cost Trend = 
SUM ( 'Table'[Cost] ) - [Prior Year]
