    CALCULATE(
        [Accidents Per 100K Miles],
        YEAR('Datamart AccidentSummary'[Merged FC])=YEAR(TODAY())
    )
     
    LasrYearTotal=
    CALCULATE(
    [Accidents Per 100K Miles],
    YEAR('Datamart AccidentSummary'[Merged FC])=YEAR(TODAY())-1
    )
