Why is SELECTEDVALUE returning blank for the same field?

I've been having trouble with a particular sales measure, but I've narrowed the problem down to the SELECTEDVALUE() returning a blank when there really should be a value. Does anyone have any clues as to what may be causing that issue?

in your dataset, do you have duplicate warehousecode?
