What if parameter - Creating forecasts

Hello 

I would like to make a forecast of my costs

I have a quantity column and a price column

And I would like to set up a graph or table that will allow me to get the forecast of my cost when I increase my quantity.

Is there a way to do this with the "What if" parameter?
