    I hope this is what you are looking for. Please refer to attached sample file .

    Time = SUM ( 'Table'[Time taken] )
    Average Time = 
DIVIDE (
    [Time],
    CALCULATE (
        [Time],
        ALL ( 'Table' ),
        VALUES ( 'Table'[Client] )
    )
)

I am not sure how you weigh each invoice, but please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.

The below is one of ways to calculate weighted avg.

I hope the below can provide some ideas on how to create a solution for your data model.
