    Hi, Green_Cloud ;

    Change it.

    countstart = CALCULATE(COUNT('Table'[unique id]),FILTER('Table',[addate]<=MAX('Date'[weekend])))
    countend = CALCULATE(COUNT('Table'[unique id]),FILTER('Table',[saledate]<=MAX('Date'[weekend])))
    rate = [countend]/[countstart]

    The final output is shown below:
