Waterfall visual needs some adjustemens

Dear community,

im trying to set up following waterfall visual. But the overview is currently not the one i need.

In the screenshot you can see solution i'm looking for. Basically getting rid of the blue columns which are the difference from the Total OEE100 and the red value. But i only want to keep the red columns and remove the blue ones beside the first blue one which represents the total OEE 100.

Also i want to remove in the X axis the year 2023 label and move the category text like for example Logistics under the red column.

Please see the excel list i'm using for import to Power Bi.
